Add event_id parameters to GA4 tag

When you want to send an event to your Meta Events Manager via Server-Side Tagging, you need to add an event_id as a parameter to the GA4 event tag in addition to a Facebook Pixel tag. This GA4 event tag is sent to the server, and from the server, it is sent to Meta. Meta receives a browser event from the Facebook Pixel tag on the web container and a server event from your sGTM container. Both events must have the same event_id to deduplicate correctly.
