Anonymize IP Addresses

To enhance user privacy and comply with data protection regulations, you can anonymize Personally Identifiable Information (PII), such as IP addresses. By anonymizing this data, Google Tag Manager is unable to identify individual users. Currently, the anonymization feature is limited to IP addresses.
