[Lightspeed C series] Setting up Tagging Pixel + DataLayer
For Lightspeed C series, we have developed a DataLayer. For the E series, we do not yet have DataLayer support. We support various themes. If certain events are not coming through correctly in your theme, please let us know so we can resolve it for you.
Go to the Server container overview and click on “Start” under Pixel installation.
Select “Lightspeed C series” (1) as the platform, select the domain name associated with your Lightspeed C series webshop under “Domain” (2), and enter the web container ID of Google Tag Manager under “Web Container ID” (3). You can find your GTM ID by following this article: Find your Google Tag Manager Web ID
Then click on “Create”. You will now see that a step-by-step guide has been generated for you to follow.

To set up the pixel, go to the /admin section of the Lightspeed store.
Navigate to Settings > Web Extras > Custom JS and copy and paste the following code after opening the <body> tag.
Navigate to Settings > Web Extras > Custom Head Code and paste the following code in the <head> tag.
Navigate to Settings > Web Extras > Tracking and paste the following code.
