Set GA4 tag on server container
On the server container you keep track of which events arrive on the server. You set your triggers here based on events that are sent to the server from the web container. This is done from the web container with the GA4 configuration tag.
On your server container you go to the clients. Here you open the GA4 client and adjust it.
Turn on the settings in the screenshot below. Under 'Measurement ID' enter your Google Analytics 4 Measurement ID.
Go to the tags on the server container and create a new tag. Select 'Google Analytics: GA4' as tag configuration.
Turn on Google Signals and enter your GA4 Measurement ID.
As a trigger, choose a 'custom trigger' for all events with the Client Name that matches GA4.
