Setting DNS CNAME on Strato

If you do not host your domain name on Strato, you do not need to follow this article.
In your customer service area, go to the Domain manager.
Click on "show subdomains" under your domain name to unfold the subdomains. Then click on the desired subdomain to go to the settings. If you haven't yet added a subdomain for Tagging, first click the cog icon under the main domain, and then add the tagging.domainname.com subdomain.
Choose DNS management.
Next to CNAME-Record, click configure.
In the input field under change CNAME entry, enter projects.trytagging.com. Make sure there is a full stop after it as you can see in the image below, this is mandatory according to Strato.
Tick the warning and click Make settings.
