Adding Tagging Script and DataLayer in Plug&Pay

In the helpdesk article below I explain how to add AdPage Tagging script to Plug&Pay. Another important part is activating the DataLayer.

  • Log in to your Plug&Pay account
  • Go to settings > widgets


  • In all 3 boxes (checkouts, upsells, thank you pages), paste only the AdPage Tagging script (only <head>). You can copy this via the dashboard or the installation link you received:


  • Go to settings > analytics. Select Google Analytics.
Enter "G-". If this is not possible according to Plug&Pay to save, please enter the following Measurement ID: G-CGW909C9H9. Do not put your actual GTM or Google Analytics ID.


  • Make sure that include e-commerce data is checked.



Also make sure these 4 options are checked:
